It’s impossible to underestimate the elegance — and aspirational aspects — of touch dancing. Anybody who goes touch dancing at a place like the Willowbrook Ballroom, can’t help but imagine themselves as part of a fleet-footed Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers team.
