Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir is a real-life iceman with a pile of medals to prove it. And like one of his personal muses, Madonna, he’s a master of reinvention. Last year, he debuted his reality show, ”Be Good Johnny Weir” on the Sundance Channel, and this November he’s introducing a namesake limited edition line with MAC cosmetics. ”I’m excited about what comes next,” he crows, noting, ”It could be anything” — including a return to the ice for a third try for the gold in the 2014 Olympics. ”I’ll be pushing 30,” he concedes, ”but hopefully I’ll be able to reinvent what I do as an athlete and not just try to earn points.”

Chicago restaurant: Gibsons. I love red meat. Nothing is better for a growing boy than iron and red blood.

Magazine: V, which is a bit off the grid and that’s why I love it.

Watch: Cartier Calibre

Reading: I reread and reread “The Charm School” by Nelson Demille and “Child 44” by Tom Rob Smit

Hangout: The Standard Grill in the meatpacking district in Manhattan. I eat at 5-ish and go to bed early. Being an athlete, I have a super old-lady way of life.

Food: A great salad; Salad Olivier, a Russian salad with little bits of ham, mayo and pickles.

Car: Lexus RX 350, black with black windows, very rap star.

Vacation spot: Moscow
