Chicago Human Rhythm Project’s season opener, “Global Rhythms 7,” is a cultural history lesson in dance. Traditional African-American stepping (Step Afrika!), dance styles of Mexico from Veracruz to Jalisco (Mexican Folkloric Dance Company, accompanied by Sones de Mexico) and a flamenco program from Ensemble Espanol Spanish Dance Theater.
