April 27 (Reuters) – NiMin Energy Corp said it
would sell its California assets in the San Joaquin Basin to
Southern San Joaquin Production Llc for about $27 million in
cash.
The sale of the California assets comes two days after the
company said it would shut shop and sell its interests in
Wyoming for $125 million.
