G Ray Allen is expected to play in Game 2 against the Heat despite coach Doc Rivers saying Tuesday he considered sitting Allen for a game. Rivers had told ESPN.com he thought about giving Allen a game off to allow the painful bone spurs in his right ankle to improve. But apparently Allen talked him out of it, and later Tuesday, Rivers told reporters, he wouldn’t sit Allen in Game 2 Wednesday.
