The Wall Street Journal is reporting:
Amazon.com is taking on the nobody’s-home delivery problem with an expanding network of lockers being installed at grocery, drug and convenience stores around the country. Packages can be sent to a locker where customer will receive an email with access code that will unlock the correct door. If packages are not picked up within three days, they will be returned to Amazon for a full refund.
About a year ago, Amazon began putting lockers in Seattle, New York state and near Washington, D.C., as well as London. It recently added San Francisco
