Oct 9 (Reuters) – Suncor Energy Inc was performing
maintenance on a tank at its 135,000 barrel-per-day refinery in
Edmonton, Alberta on Tuesday, according to a message the company
left on a local community telephone information line.
Odors may be present in the vicinity of the refinery, and
monitoring is being conducted to assess any impact on air
quality, the recording said.
