HOUSTON, July 1 (Reuters) – Exxon Mobil Corp said it
would be performing maintenance on a unit at its 149,500 barrel
per day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery in Torrance, California,
beginning on July 2.
“The refinery continues to operate,” said Exxon spokeswoman
Gesuina Paras. “This scheduled maintenance will have no impact
on production. Exxon Mobil expects to meet all contractual
commitments at this time.”
Paras did not identify the unit undergoing planned
maintenance nor the length of time the work will require.
