Storyline: The Fire (11-11-6, 39 points) seek their fourth straight victory over the Crew (10-14-5, 35 points) and first winning record of the season. It’s not a simple task against a team enjoying a rebound since the Sept. 2 firing of head coach Robert Warzycha. Columbus is 2-1 since, including last Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Montreal. The Fire, who beat the Crew in two league games and a U.S. Open clash, moved into fifth place and the final conference playoff spot with last Saturday’s 3-2 triumph over New England.
