A Naperville man was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of child pornography following a three-month investigation, according to police.
Technology crime experts from the Naperville Police Department and Will County State’s Attorney’s Office investigating the man received a search warrant after “numerous child pornographic files were observed being downloaded and shared over computer networks,” police said in a news release.
They executed the warrant today at the home of Jeffrey A. Wright, 56, of the 700 Block of Royal St George Drive. Wright was charged with six counts of possession of child pornography and is being transferred to the DuPage County Jail.
