I was appalled the Tribune Editorial Board used ALEC as a source for its evaluation of the state of Illinois. This is a Tea Party-aligned organization responsible for the terrible stand your ground laws and many efforts to curtail voting rights.
It’s an awful group, and I wouldn’t trust any facts that come from them.
