Downers Grove South freshman Dominic Tommasone finished 11th in the state in all-around in the IHSA state gymnastics meet May 16 at Hinsdale Central.
He scored a 49.700 with his top score being an 8.85 in the vault.
He was the second-best freshman in the state behind Glenbard West’s Max Diab, who finished sixth with a 52.250.
