The old, steady hand remains the best in the division. No surprise here, especially because it's a relatively weak field. Regardless, Brady (25 TDs, 11 INTs) is money. He's not the same Brady of, say, four or five years ago. His 87.1 passer rating was 17th in the NFL. But he was good enough last year to lead the Pats to the AFC Championship game. If the receivers give him more help, Brady might be able to get the Pats back to the Super Bowl.
