Cotter Consulting Inc., a Chicago-based project and construction management firm, has hired Brian Murphy as a senior project manager. He will be working with clients across multiple construction markets to provide project controls and management services. Murphy joins Cotter from ARCADIS, where he was director of program controls. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
