Thank you Gov. Pat Quinn for keeping our speed limit at the current rate. Increasing it by 5 mph would only encourage speeders to drive even faster. Those people usually think that they will not be pulled over for only driving 5 mph higher. There seems to be no way of stopping them. Defensive driving is my mantra.
