CHICAGO TRIBUNE TO PARTNER WITH CITYFEET.COM

CHICAGO, September 12, 2001 – The Chicago Tribune has reached an agreement to partner with cityfeet.com, an on-line vendor to the commercial real estate market.

Cityfeet will join the chicagotribune.com home page under “Real Estate,” which will now have a “commercial” link.

Cityfeet specializes in small to middle range properties and is supported with listing revenues and other advertising. Through this agreement, reached by Tribune Interactive, cityfeet/Chicago Tribune will be able to provide a readily available marketplace for listing agents, landlords and prospective tenants.

“Partnering with Cityfeet allows the Tribune to improve its position in the real estate market and enhance revenues from small to medium brokers, landlords and businesses,” says Ted Biedron, director of real estate advertising for the Chicago Tribune.

The site will be fully functional by mid to late October 2001.

Cityfeet.com is a leading destination for local businesses and commercial real estate professionals searching for properties for-lease and for-sale. It aggregates availabilities and offers free access to detailed listings data, local commercial real estate news, and a wide range of useful space search and lead generation tools.
