One cocktail that is a must-try before winter hits is the $9.50 Kentucky Mule: an adept mixture of Buffalo Trace Bourbon from Frankfort, Ky. and Crabbie’s Ginger Beer from Edinburgh, Scotland, muddled with fresh lemon and mint and served on the rocks.
