The following items were taken from Niles police reports:
A Niles woman was cited for the cost of emergency services and possession of drug paraphernalia after overdosing on opiates on the 6900 block of Monroe Street on Oct. 16.
A Des Plaines man was charged with DUI on Oct. 12 on the 9000 block of South Golf Road.
A Chicago man was charged with DUI on Oct. 11 on the 9200 block of Milwaukee Avenue after being pulled over for driving erratically.
A Norridge man was charged with retail theft at a store on the 8600 block of Dempster Street after being observed by a loss prevention agent leaving the store without paying with items worth $103 in a shopping cart.
A residence on the 9200 block of Washington Street was burglarized on Oct. 15.
A woman had her wallet stolen while shopping at a store in the 8500 block of Golf Road on Oct. 15.
