That depends on the question, doesn’t it? You are asking if Bostic is a long-term answer as a starter and I don’t think we know the answer to that yet. He’s been asked to do some different things, primarily playing in the middle in the nickel package. Bostic has had some strong moments this season with no better overall game than in the victory over the Jets. But I think we need to see more impact plays from him consistently. He had the opportunity to make two interceptions against Josh McCown last Sunday, one in the end zone. He needs to finish plays because we know how impactful takeaways can be. Is he a core player the Bears can count on in the final two years of his rookie contract? I don’t know we have the answer to that just yet.
