The age of 80 is long past in my rear-view mirror; now I’m deemed “elderly.” I hate the term.

Being old has its moments. I have a son and son-in-law; a daughter and daughter-in-law; grandkids; and, best, my wife — the original.

A senior I know has none of my riches. That’s elderly!
