Chicago developers are planning several transit-oriented residential projects, encouraged by a city law that reduces parking requirements when these buildings are near CTA and Metra rail stops. This map shows the location of the developments, most of which are proposed for the Milwaukee Avenue corridor along the CTA’s Blue Line. The only completed project is located at 1611 W. Division Street. All others are planned.
