Chicago police have issued a missing person alert for a 16-year-old girl from the South Side.
Khayylie Collins has been missing since Sunday when she left her home on the 4800 block of South Vincennes Avenue, police said.
The girl is described as black with a medium complexion, brown eyes and brown hair, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 123 pounds, police said.
She was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray skirt and white sandals. She has a tattoo on her right shoulder.
