Update: The Ticketmaster link has been removed. According to Pitchfork, representatives for United Center explained in a statement, “This morning, a show featuring Kanye West at United Center was published to Ticketmaster.” They added, “Unfortunately, this was done in error, as there are no current plans for a Kanye West show in Chicago. We apologize for the misinformation.” We’ll update as more information comes along.
Between his Yeezy II fashion line and his burgeoning Presidential run in 2020, Kanye West also has been busy playing special concerts in which he performs his 2008 album “808s and Heartbreak” in full. Last month, Ye brought two back-to-back shows of the full-length to Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl and now, it looks like the 38-year-old rapper will take these performances to his hometown of Chicago.
According to Ticketmaster, West will be playing the United Center Nov. 9. Though there’s no official on-sale time yet, tickets will run from $39.50-$199.50. Here’s hoping he brings out Kid Cudi, Young Jeezy and Mr. Hudson like he did in L.A. Watch video of his performance of “Love Lockdown” from the Hollywood Bowl below.
