The Nichols Bridgeway streteches from Millennium Park to the new Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. Designed by Renzo Piano, who also designed the Modern Wing, the bridge is a straight shot of curving steel sections welded together to resemble the hull of a racing yacht.
