A May opening is planned for a new 38-story tower adjacent to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, the weekly Miami Today newspaper is reporting.
The tower is a mixed-use development with 497 high-end apartments and 8,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space, including a landscaped plaza with outdoor dining, the report says.
Leases have been signed for two ground-floor restaurants to keep people in the area before and after Arsht Center shows.
