Oswego police are investigating a report of an armed robbery off Orchard Road Wednesday night.
A 19-year-old man told police he arranged to meet with another man around 10:30 p.m. in a parking lot in the 3400 block of Orchard Road. The 19-year-old said the second man robbed him, according to police.
The 19-year-old was not injured, police said. He called police about an hour after the incident.
