Where are the informed, principled Republicans who want a better future for our children? Carpet bombing and torture. Crumbling roads and railways. Poisoned water and pollution-filled air. Open carry of assault weapons. Education, health care and prescription drugs denied to those without a lot of money. This is the American future for which our GOP presidential front-runners are advocating. Where is the outrage over the fear-mongering misinformation and bigoted ideas presented by those Republican candidates?
Our current leadership and our military strength are the most respected in the world; why would the GOP candidates want us to believe otherwise? Unless we citizens speak up and vote accordingly, we’ll be giving our country over to billionaires with our Congress and Supreme Court becoming their puppets.
