Nationally known story performer Chris Fascione recently entertained students at Prairie View Grade School in Elgin. This year marks his third appearance at the school. “I try to get kids to enjoy books more by acting out classic and contemporary literature and folk tales,” Fascione said. “The more you read, the more you know.”
