Walt Disney World has announced more than two dozen new tenants for its expanded Disney Springs shopping and dining complex, including household names such as Coca-Cola, Lacoste, Anthropologie, Vera Bradley, Lucky Brand, Kate Spade and Sperry alongside new concepts, including an “athletic retail boutique experience” founded by Marcus Jordan, son of NBA star Michael Jordan.
The new stores will open in phases, starting May 15, Disney said Monday. The bulk of these outlets will be in the under-construction Town Center portion of Disney Springs.

Another recent addition to the site is a water tower with the Disney Springs logo. The structure has been seen in several of the concept renderings and will be considered the icon of the area. The nearby parking garage — the second one added during the expansion — should open by summer.
The list of newly announced retailers includes Anthropologie, Lacoste, Kate Spade New York, Sephora, Under Armour, MAC Cosmetics, Vince Camuto, Vera Bradley, Lucky Brand, Oakley, a Coca-Cola Store, Trophy Room, Alex and Ani, Na Hoku jewelers, Shore (swimwear and clothing), American Threads (women’s clothing), Volcom (outdoors apparel), Kipling, Francesca’s, Melissa’s Shoes, UNOde50 (jewelry), Johnston & Murphy, Everything But Water, Free People (women’s clothing), Johnny Was (womenswear), Columbia, Sperry and Luxury of Time by Diamonds International.
“Disney Springs has quickly become a favorite destination for our guests, and they are going to love what’s to come,” George A. Kalogridis, president of Walt Disney World, said in a news release. “Guests will enjoy an experience unlike any other in Central Florida.”
The Trophy Room is “inspired by the trophy room in the Jordan family estate,” a Disney World news release says. The Disney Springs location will be the first of its kind, with footwear, apparel, memorabilia and exclusive merchandise. Founder Marcus Jordan is a former UCF basketball player.
The Coca-Cola Store will feature Coke merchandise, a Coca-Cola Polar Bear experience and a rooftop beverage bar.
Town Center also will be home to a Welcome Center for Disney Springs.
The company also announced some dining venues for Town Center, including D-Luxe Burger, a Disney-owned and operated concept and Amorette’s Patisserie. Also on tap are Tablas Frontera, a Mexican-themed restaurant via chef Rick Bayless; and Homecoming — Florida Kitchen and Shine Bar from chef Art Smith.
Work is expected to wrap up this year on Disney Springs, which until last year was called Downtown Disney. When completed, the expansion will double the number of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues from 75 to 150, Disney says.
Other changes at Disney Springs include the moving of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique from the World of Disney store to the Once Upon a Toy story in the Marketplace sector of the complex.
