Unreadable ballots
The print on the ballots was so faint I could barely read it. I think it is a shame and disgusting. Anyone with any sight problem at all will not be able to vote.
Doggone weather
The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office now has two comfort dogs. I wonder if they make house calls. Today was awful rainy, and I feel down in the dumps. I sure would like to pet some beautiful dogs. If they make house calls, let me be first on the list.

What is happening to the News-Sun? I remember when all the churches would advertise their Easter services. There were hardly any church ads. What happened to all the restaurant ads? Get some salespeople out there and get more ads in the paper.
Controversial mayor
For Waukegan Mayor Wayne Motley to call residents names is very disrespectful. He has forgotten he is not the ruler. He needs to go. What he is trying to do is bring a lot of controversy into this community. We are trying to bring this community together. He can’t take pressure. It’s one of the things that a leader is supposed to be able to do.
