Q: Are you involved in any other activities at Hinsdale Central?
A: I play soccer and am on the mock trial team.
Q: What’s your favorite subject in school?
A: History
Q: When you were a little boy, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A dinosaur catcher. Dinosaurs always were interesting to me, and it took me a while to realize that they were extinct.
Q: Do you still want to be a dinosaur catcher?
A: I’d probably say I want to do something in law. I really enjoy being on the mock trial team and find law interesting.
Q: What’s on the menu for your birthday dinner?
A: An 18-ounce sirloin steak, with a 2-ounce steak on the side, mashed potatoes, and red velvet cheesecake for dessert.
Q: What do you like on your pizza?
A: Pepperoni, sausage and bacon
Q: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
A: Mint chocolate chip
Q: Do you have a favorite candy bar?
A: Butterfinger
Q: What’s your favorite TV show?
A: “The Office”
Q: Do you have a favorite musical artist?
A: Drake, Imagine Dragons, and Kanye West
Q: Do you have any siblings?
A: I have an older sister, Betty; she’s a freshman at Vanderbilt.
Q: Who should play you in a movie about your life?
A: Morgan Freeman. I’d like people to remember me as having a soothing voice.
Q: What super power would you most like to have?
A: Mind control
Q: What’s your biggest fear?
A: Heights and spiders
Q: You’ll turn 18 before the November presidential election. Did you vote in the primary?
A: I voted for Marco Rubio, who then dropped out. I’ll vote Republican in November if it’s anyone other than Donald Trump. If it’s Trump, I may have to vote for Hillary Clinton.
