No excuse for speeding
In response to the Talk of the County submission about speeding on Sheridan Road to get to work on time: You can’t be serious. Get up earlier, pal. Your inability to manage your wake-up call appropriately shouldn’t hinder the lives of law-abiding drivers. It is people like you who are the problem. I only hope your infinite wisdom triggers more speed traps on Sheridan Road.
Obey rules of the road
The speed limit is for both lanes, a solid yellow line means do not pass and a solid white line means remain in your lane. Rules of the road booklets are free. Drivers can prevent accidents if they obey the rules. Defensive driving is for those of us who drive on roads with people who can’t follow the rules and cause accidents. Drivers who don’t follow the rules are the reason insurance rates are higher.
