I’m sick and hurting badly. I am so tired of reading about the poor people who died of a heroin overdose. If you’re stupid and weak enough to use heroin, don’t expect me to care. If you lost your children to heroin, I’m sorry for your loss but think your child was a jerk. If it wasn’t heroin, it might have been drunk driving or cocaine or playing chicken with trains. Because of all the people who use drugs illegally, the poor folks who truly need pain medications are made to feel like junkies and have to deal with government rules that make it difficult to get much-needed, legal pain relief.

The trouble in Illinois is the politicians in Springfield. They’re paid way too much money. They should cut their salaries at least 40 percent. They do nothing. They sit on their fat cans. They smoke. A lot of them are stealing from us taxpayers and voters. They get a pension that they don’t deserve. Illinois is a disgrace to live in now. We have House Speaker Michael Madigan down there, standing up there for 30 years doing nothing. He should be removed from office. He should be impeached. I’m fed up with them in Springfield and so is everybody else. We should impeach them all.

More about avoiding a Republican president: Former President Ronald Reagan’s trickle-down economy wrecked the country and got corporations free passes without having to pay their fair share. Pharmaceuticals moved to Ireland. They make a fortune here and don’t pay taxes here. You clowns blame Obamacare, but it’s former President George W. Bush’s prescription drug plan that he pushed. It doesn’t allow negotiation from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or Medicare. That’s the problem. So wake up. It doesn’t matter if presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s the president as long as it’s not a Republican. A non-Republican’s the only one that’s going to protect us from U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan’s budget and U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s shenanigans.
We’ve crucified former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton enough. She’s made mistakes. She said she won’t do it again. What about presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump? What about Trump University and his other businesses that cheated people out of money? Maybe the FBI should investigate him, his business dealings and his taxes. What’s he hiding? Also, he’s immature in the way he makes up names. He made fun of U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, calling her Pocahontas and going, “Woo, woo, woo, woo,” and calling Hillary crooked. Is this how a president is supposed to behave? I think not. That’s like a 10-year-old boy in the school yard fighting his bullies. This man is not a candidate for president.

The same day that the FBI director said that Hillary Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” with their handling of classified information, President Obama went out and campaigned for her. I get it. He has to support her. At the same time, who is he kidding? I wouldn’t let an “extremely careless” person drive my car. Therefore, I certainly wouldn’t give an “extremely careless” person the keys to the White House.
It just read an article regarding the recent deployment of a robot to eliminate the Dallas killer. The article opined on the “ethics” of using it in “a civilian setting to allow police to kill a suspect while facing little or no risk.” What is interesting is the “little or no risk” part. Tell me where it is required for the police to be unnecessarily exposed to risk in apprehending a killer? This preposterous notion is emblematic of the “scatter-brained” junk promulgated by the all mighty media machine.

Attention, commerce officials. Please check health standards at farmers markets in Tinley Park, Oak Lawn and Frankfort. At Frankfort approximately 50 dogs were accompanied by owners shopping recently. Dogs were enticed by sniffing the samples and had to be yanked by their leashes on several instances that I observed. What gets me is the fact that these food stands are promoting gluten free, organic, pesticide free, etc., for health. Enlighten me why these people have to show off their dogs while food shopping. I don’t see human food being sold in the Petsmart that sells food and supplies for pets while the pets shop. Please take dogs to the dog parks or your Petsmart and stay there for health’s sake.
