Liven up the presidential debates — invite the Libertarian Party
There are rules, and then there are exceptions to the rule.
I understand the requirement to poll at 15 percent nationally to be in the presidential debate. But I believe in the current situation, it is important to hear from all the candidates. The Libertarians should be included in the presidential debates, even without the 15 percent that the current rule requires. The voters should hear from at least these three parties, and possibly the Socialist Party candidate.
It is hard to believe that the current candidates are the best that the Republicans and Democrats have to offer.
