Q: My daughter is considering a high-rise condo unit in the Loop. She has a dog. Do your buildings allow for pets? Also, as a mother, I worry about security. What type of security do your buildings offer?

A: 1333 S. Wabash is an extremely pet friendly building. We welcome canines and felines with open arms and have done everything to ensure that the building feels like home for both your daughter and her pet. One of my favorite amenities that 1333 S. Wabash offers is the “Bark Park,” which makes it easy for your dog to play outside and get to know its four-legged neighbors, while at the same time keeping the convenience of its owners top of mind. Regarding security, 1333 S. Wabash has a 24-hour concierge and monitored access control, so you can sleep well knowing that is a priority.
Q: In Chicago, what building project are you most proud of and why?
— Jackson, Chicago
A: I am proud of every building project that CMK Companies has been a part of but 1333 S. Wabash, a luxury rental building that is leasing now in the South Loop neighborhood, is one of our newest additions. Each space in the building has been thoughtfully designed and includes expansive living areas and European-style chef’s kitchens. The South Loop neighborhood is booming and it is an ideal time to live there. The stunning views of both the Chicago skyline and the waterfront are hard to beat! Given the competitive rental market in Chicago, we have welcomed the challenge to provide a more meaningful living experience for our residents, and because of that we’re also offering innovative amenity programs for our residents. For example, we now offer the 1333 S. Wabash Tesla Chauffeur Service, an exclusive car service that allows residents to schedule a personal driver from the building’s mobile app, and take them and their friends to any destination within a three-mile radius of the building in a Tesla. So far it has been well-received. With 1333 S. Wabash, we continue to explore new and innovative ideas and as far as I am concerned, the possibilities are endless.
