Bill Murray continued his White House takeover by beating President Obama in a putting contest.
Obama and Murray, who grew up in Wilmette, bantered about the Cubs and healthcare in a two-minute video the White House posted to social media Sunday. The deadline to enroll in an Affordable Care Act marketplace insurance plan for 2017 is Thursday.
“Generally I don’t let Cubs fans into the Oval Office,” Obama told Murray.
“It’s probably not a coincidence that your popularity is at an all-time high, so I would just stick with this if I were you. I would just ride this baby,” Murray said as he pointed to the Cubs patch on his fleece jacket.
“It’s not going to happen,” Obama said.

“It’s going to happen long before you make this putt,” Murray said as he sunk the putt. While Obama had a tough time making his shots, the pair discussed how to sign up for health insurance.
In October, Murray crashed a White House press briefing to discuss the Cubs’ playoff chances.
