Chicago actuary Trish Floyd did not offer an answer to the Final Jeopardy clue about author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and came in last place on Friday’s episode of “Jeopardy.”
Floyd, who discussed her love of the Fox show “The Simpsons” in between rounds, placed third behind Oklahoma grant writer Jeff Brown and returning champion Rob Liguori, a New York research editor, respectively.
“Jeopardy” airs 3:30 p.m. weekdays on WLS-Ch. 7.
