I used to watch soap operas during the day. Now I watch C-SPAN. The plots are a lot deeper and even more absurd.
I loved Debbie Bosak’s column on laughter. People have really forgotten how to laugh. Surround yourself with funny people if you can, your life will be so much more enjoyable.
The simple reason this administration will fail is because of Trump. His choice of falsehoods and his methods in spewing them are bizarre. He listens to talk show hosts and without any verification makes accusations. Yes folks, the president of our United States.
I sincerely hope the deported Mexican restaurant owner from Granger, Indiana, is returned home, but what could his American-born wife have been thinking in proudly voting for Trump? She says she didn’t think her husband would be deported and break up her family, but she apparently thought it would be okay if that happened to others.
For many years, people have become extremely apathetic about voting or their power in changing things. I have to say that I am very happy with the newfound power of the people. Town hall meetings work. Protests work. Remaining silent does nothing.
Removing Bannon from the NSC is the single best thing Trump has done since being in office.
Anyone that defends these blatant abusers needs to take a good hard look at their own behavior. Do you see any part of yourself in these actions? If so, it needs to stop, now.
I got a good laugh out of the commenter that is upset because people only attack the messenger instead of commenting on what good things the president has done. Maybe you big mouthed liberals should take a break from beating your hate drum and let somebody else have the floor for a change.

The Trump National Golf Course in Westchester County, New York is seeking permission to bring foreign workers to serve as waiters and waitresses, according to a petition posted by the Department of Labor. How could that be, with his insistence on the wall and all?
Obama did a lot of kicking the can down the road on North Korea, Iran and Syria. Let’s see how much of a man Trump truly is to get some of these issues truly resolved and put to bed. Bush did not dawdle; he got in there and got the job done. Of course, nobody got the job done as good as Reagan on Russia and the firing of these sleeping on the job aircraft controllers.
Trump’s homeland security czar now says that your taxes will pay for only a partial border wall. They won’t erect a full one. How many more lies will Trump’s supporters believe before they admit they were wrong to vote for him?
Since when does the president start having four day weekends at Mar-a-Lago? Tough job.
