Two men and a juvenile were arrested on charges they spray painted properties along the 200 block of North Street, Elgin police said.
Bryant Torres-Villagomez, 25, formerly of the 200 block of North Street, Elgin, Trinidad Fernandez, 18, of Carpentersville, and one juvenile were each charged with one count of criminal damage to property, a class 4 felony, a news release from the Elgin Police Department said.
The incident occurred April 1. Police obtained video surveillance footage that showed the three suspects and their car, the release said.
