The Hampshire Fire Department responded to an accident involving two vehicles on Route 72 at New Lebanon Road at 8:26 p.m. on Sunday.
“One person was transported to Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin with injuries that were not life-threatening,” said Hampshire Deputy Fire Chief Trevor Herrmann. “A second patient was treated at the scene.”
