Schaumburg police are asking the public to assist in their search for a missing 27-year-old college student.
Sheila Khalili is a resident of Schaumburg and attends Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais.
She was reported missing after failing to return to her parents’ house in Schaumburg on Friday, Schaumburg Sgt. Christy Lindhurst said.
Police said Tuesday the case is still an “ongoing investigation.”
Khalili is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and 175 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair. She drives a 2016 white Toyota Corolla with the Illinois license plate Z750932.
Schaumburg police ask anyone who sees Khalili or her car to call 911. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Schaumburg Police Department Investigations unit at 847-882-3534.
