It’s kind of funny how my recollection of the arguments set forth for Obamacare by former President Barack Obama and others vastly differs from those of William of Oak Lawn. I recall 30 to 35 million uninsured (and there are still that many uninsured people out there), I remember insurance rates increasing yearly but by way less than the up to 116% increase seen in Arizona and large increases in other states. Obamacare was sold as insurance for all when in fact all it turned out to be was an explosion in Medicaid expansion and huge tax increases. Obamacare also took $750 billion out of Medicare to fund Obamacare, so much for taking care of our seniors. It was and still is one big fat lie and just giving someone insurance, whether they want it or not, does not equal actually getting medical care to those people. That’s what I remember and will always remember.
It seems the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with Donald Trump Jr. tweeting as much garbage as his dad. So glad I don’t have a tweeter account, what a waste of time following people who seem to do most of their twittering when sitting on their thrones.
I wanted to share with you and your readers how much my girlfriend and I enjoyed the Frankfort Bluegrass Festival. The weather was great and we had a nice drive up to Frankfort from Champaign to attend. The festival is a wonderful showcase for bluegrass music and the town of Frankfort. The downtown area of Frankfort Illinois is laid out in a beautiful way and the businesses and restaurants were all very accommodating. We felt a very strong sense of community the whole time we were there. It is a great showcase for local and regional musicians and bands and the the national acts that performed there. As a musician and bluegrass fan, I wanted to thank everyone involved for the hard work that they put in to bring the public such a wonderful festival. We are planning to attend next year.

I hear day in and day out liberals like Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton and others preaching on TV to resist and fight against President Donald Trump. So, how can liberals be for the people when they fight to prevent anything Trump does to bring jobs back — making the economy grow? Liberal administration past eight years made America a welfare country.
