In the Arts+Entertainment section, a review Monday misstated details about the Lyric Opera and ownership of the Civic Opera Building. Lyric owns only the portions of the 45-story office tower that it uses. That includes lobbies, foyer, backstage and basement areas, Ryan Opera Center office spaces, and the former Civic Opera House, now called the Lyric Opera House. The Civic Opera Building retains its original name.
Also, a fall preview story in Sunday’s Arts+Entertainment section gave incorrect dates for two Lyric productions. Correct dates are: Gluck’s “Orphee et Eurydice,” Sept. 23-Oct. 15; and Wagner’s “Die Walkure,” Nov. 1-30.
