I believe all presidents put America First, but what part of America? Former President Barack Obama listened to the people and put them first, that is why he enacted so many safeguards for our air, water and land. President Donald Trump listens to big business, that’s why he is trying to dismantle everything that costs business money. Trump also gave Saudi Arabia a pass for all their indiscretions to their people, but is going after Venezuela because big business wants to get their hands on their oil and gas reserves. So, before you start patting Trump on the back for doing so much for America, wait til the end of his administration, which hopefully will not be a full four year term.

Baseball playoff games have begun. Again, it’s all about money. Unless you can afford an overpriced ticket, have connections to get one, pay for a TV sports channel, or go to a bar and hope for a seat, you will not be watching most games. It’s not enough to love the game or be a fan. You must have enough money for it. Baseball and apple pie? Going, going, gone.
