On Page 9 of Sunday’s special Cubs section, a photo of former Cubs player Bob Scheffing was mistakenly used instead of a photo of Phil Cavarretta. Also, the photo credit was wrong. It was an Associated Press picture.
A story in Saturday’s print edition incorrectly stated the roll call on legislation in the Illinois House to ban gun bump stocks. Forty-eight lawmakers voted for it, and 54 voted against.
The Tribune regrets the errors.
