A Northwest Side man who police believed could harm himself was found Sunday, according to a news release from the Chicago Police Department.

David Nevarez, 27, who lives in the Cragin neighborhood, had been reported missing after he had last been seen about 2:30 p.m. Friday near the NBC Tower, around 400 N. Columbus Drive, according to a police missing person alert. He was found Sunday, Chicago police said.

Detectives had classified the case as one of a “high-risk” missing person.
