Former President Bill Clinton was interviewed and wanted to get the message out that opioids taken with alcohol can result in death when you sleep after taking them together. Apparently this combination causes your brain to shut down your automatic reflex to breathe, resulting in death. This is something every teen and every person who might take opioids needs to be aware of to stop the 90 deaths a day we are currently experiencing in our country. Please tell someone you love.
There’s a reason Trump said “I love the uneducated.” It’s because they believe the real, truthful news is fake and that fake news is real. Their world is upside down. And now, thanks to their uneducated votes, ours soon will be as well.
Roy Moore is successfully raising money based on his claims that reports of his sexual abuse of at least one minor are just “fake news.” This is the monster that the Frankensteins of Alabama want to make into a United States Senator.
Under the GOP tax plan, businesses are allowed to deduct the cost of the ordinary office supplies involved in running a business, but teachers spending their own money for classroom supplies can no longer deduct those expenses. And they call this the greatest tax “reform” in history.
Republicans are complaining that Democrats are holding up confirmation of Trump’s nominees for the federal bench. People, you’d better hope they continue to resist. Many, if not most, of Trump’s bigoted and incompetent nominees are unfit to be judges at any level, much less to be part of the federal judiciary. What do you expect from someone who is unfit to be President?

Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys is livid because one of his players has a six-game suspension. Even after many delays and court wrangling, Jones couldn’t fix it. Now his target is Roger Goodell, the commissioner. He wants to change his contract, because he wouldn’t rule in his favor. These rich boys and their sense of entitlement are beyond disgusting.
I think that child molesters deserve the the same penalty as murderers. The ongoing trauma for survivors is never-ending.
