Racism is something you learn, not something you are born with. Shame on anyone who promotes their twisted way of thinking.

So a Quickly comment defends corporate pollution in Lake Michigan. I personally am against all pollution in the lake — whether it is poop, lead, chromium and all others.

Seeing the explosion of men being charged with sexual harassment, I would like to make a comment: “Anita Hill, I always believed your accusation against Clarence Thomas who is now a Supreme Court Judge.” Very sad.

Trump and his appointees want to dismantle the Consumer Finance Agency. They claim that it “burdens the banks and creates red tape.” Yes, remember when Wells Fargo created 2 million fake accounts? The Consumer Finance Agency busted them.

Trump continues to attack the NFL. Whatever is going on within the NFL is not his problem, and he has no control to rectify it. I think that is his biggest issue, he doesn’t understand why his demands are not being followed.

The Gary school board paid Cheryl Pruitt a bonus for doing exactly what? The students are failing. They owe everyone money. What did she do to earn the money, show up at meetings?

How can the Gary school board pay out bonuses when they should be firing the people in charge? Collecting money for saying the Gary Schools are doing better is a criminal act. Clear all the board members out and start new. They are not doing their job.

Why are you irritated that your new neighbors have their lights on all night? Does it interfere with your illegal activities?

When did y’all become an accepted word in the English language?

It’s hard to stop laughing over a comical sentence that appeared in a recent Quickly: “Wise man, our president.” It was meant to be a joke, right?

Not a lot of winning, but a lot of whining. Has he just been spelling “whining” wrong this whole time? “We’re going to whine so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of whining so much.”

To the Quickly commentator who thinks it’s honorable that Trump is backing child molester Roy Moore: I hope none of the young women in your life ever cross paths with a man like Moore. I hope deep down you realize what you just said is sick and so are those who would brush aside the (true) allegations against him.

Republican legislators have refused to hold town hall meetings because they say that they “trivialize” and “diminish” democracy. What a joke. They are afraid to face the voters because they are cowards, plain and simple.

Alabama voters don’t care what Washington thinks. But Alabama is first in line to receive disproportionate allocation of tax dollars from Washington.

Doesn’t Sean Hannity have anything better to do than to fight Trump’s battles? Or is that his job?

I am not a real football fan, but even though the Bears played a poor game against the Eagles, the Eagles’ actions at the end of the game made them look more like the losers. What kind of an example they are setting for the kids that like football are they really setting?
