I’m a Vietnam War veteran. People should show they love their country by displaying the American flag and show they appreciate our U.S. armed forces that are fighting and dying in foreign countries to protect our freedoms. Our freedom isn’t free. It’s paid for in the blood and the sacrifice of our military.
I get a laugh every day by reading comments by you President Donald Trump bashers. Are you going to be complaining for the whole four years? How about when Vice President Mike Pence runs for president?
It seems that the police body cameras are working. Here’s an idea: Why don’t we put them on all these politicians? Maybe that’ll keep them honest. Yeah, right.

Why doesn’t House Speaker Michael Madigan and Senate President John Cullerton tell the voters and taxpayers how they’ve cut taxes to help families and how they put money in the pocket of normal, smaller families who need it. He’s been standing there for 30 years doing nothing but killing us with new taxes. . . Gov. Bruce Rauner is right. We need two terms and politicians are out of office. That would eliminate all this other baloney that’s going on.
