When will Congress tell Trump he won and it’s time to end his campaign rallies? It’s time for him to stop wasting taxpayers’ money and do his job. That is if he is capable.
We’re back where we were 200-plus years ago. You can use your moral and religious beliefs with impunity to discriminate and intimidate. When are we going to resume dipping people in ponds? Or putting them in stocks on the courthouse square?
The short answer to the question of why can’t a man who’s been living in the U.S. as an undocumented alien for 30 years just go “get legal” is: because you can’t. The law is set up specifically to prevent that. I suggest you look up this complex issue and read up on it instead of seeking answers in Quickly.
Why can’t we have a fined tuned government machine like we had in the early Bush years or better yet the Reagan era? There is more effort being put forward to destroy the government than to try to make the country better. That is a sad situation.
Trump is saying that a government shutdown might be good for him. Really, how about the citizens of the entire United States? Shouldn’t his first concern be how things affect the entire country, before how they affect him?
Tests came back saying the president is sane. So he is doing all of this stuff on purpose?
Trump blamed his three predecessors — Clinton, Bush and Obama — for failing to resolve the crisis with North Korea. After his doctor gave him a perfect score on a cognitive test, Trump suggested that only he has the mental acuity to solve it. He actually thinks that test means he won some award, how sad.
Why are people willing to sacrifice their dignity and careers for this president?
Police keep whining that they get no respect from the public. If that’s what they really want, I have a couple ideas to get the ball rolling. Ditch the unmarked squads, the speed traps, and the sobriety check points that all scream one thing: “we are too lazy to do real real police work so we’re going to harass everybody instead”. If you want respect, start by acting respectably.
Because of what our president has done for my IRA and 401K plans, I am going to retire this year — six years ahead of my plan. I am somewhat fearful that these sore losers whom are always trying to crash the economy to degrade our president will someday achieve their goals. If that happens and our president falls out of favor, we may see a stock market crash as well as a Democratic Congress robbing funds from Social Security or Medicare.

I absolutely believe Trump when he says his ideas on the wall have not “evolved.” Not a single one of his ideas has evolved. That implies improving by adapting to conditions.
